State Wide is the best. We had a problem with quicken loans, every time we got the paperwork into them, they would want more. This went on for a month or more. We almost lost the house because of incompetence and ignorance. Dave noticed the problem we were having, and stepped in. The house was selling for a lot less than what it was appraised for.
